All streets and roads within the business park zoning district shall have a minimum sixty (60) foot right-of-way with a minimum thirty-eight (38) foot pavement width (back of curb to back of curb) and a fifteen (15) foot permanent easement on adjoining private property on each side of the street or road right-of-way for drainage and utilities. All roads shall be constructed to meet existing city requirements for street construction.

    Street lighting shall be provided along the entire length of roadways within the business park zoning district in accordance with uniform fixtures approved by the city council (with the recommendation of the planning commission and/or the building inspector). (Ord. 1743 § 1 (part), 1999)
